Additional requirement(s): 1. The Externship Organization requirements for all WCCHC employee applicants/students who choose to utilize the Service and Promissory Note Agreement to include but not be limited to the WCCHC Requirements listed below:
a. Criminal History Check – an acceptable prospective criminal conviction record.
b. Office of Inspector General – Students cannot be excluded by the federal government from participating in any governmental programs.
c. Drug Screening – A withdrawal of any Externship placement will be made for refusal to submit to testing, failure to report for a scheduled appointment, alteration or tampering of a specimen, or if the results of the analysis is anything other than a clear negative. PLEASE NOTE: Since federal law makes medical use of marijuana illegal, WCCHC, in adherence to such federal law, accordingly, prohibits use of marijuana, without any exception.
2. Payment Terms: If tuition and/or fee payments will be made by the Externship Organization on behalf of WCCHC employee students, the Externship Organization acknowledges the following terms for payments made on behalf of students.
a. The WCCHC employee students must actively seek and apply for any/all financial aid opportunities
b. Externship Organization agrees to pay the after financial aid costs identified above for employee students enrolled in NIMAA and placed at the Externship Organization.
