Requesting a Transcript or Education Verification
To request an official transcript, please visit the following link: https://nimaa.populiweb.com/request_transcript. The processing fee is $5.00 per copy.
Delivery Options:
- Electronic (Email): Eligible for expedited processing.
- Physical (Mail): May require up to three (3) weeks for delivery.
If your transcript request requires the inclusion of supplementary documentation (e.g., cover sheets, verification forms), please notify the Registrar’s Office in advance by emailing Registrar@nimaa.edu. Additionally, include a note in the “Additional Instructions” field within the Populi request form indicating that a separate document will be submitted for inclusion.
Payment Processing: A pending authorization will be placed on your payment method at the time of request. The charge will be finalized upon completion of the transcript processing.
For any inquiries regarding the transcript request process, or for third-party education verification requests (e.g., employers), please contact Registrar@nimaa.edu. Note that all verification requests must be accompanied by a signed Release of Information form from the student. To avoid delays, please submit only one request per verification. Duplicate submissions may result in processing delays.
