Posting attendance (students) - Spring 2022 Students Only

Students should post their attendance weekly in Regpack. Hours reported will then be sent to your preceptor(s) for validation.

To post attendance:
  1. Go to https://www.regpack.com/reg/nimaa.
  2. Enter your login info to the system. 
This is the same login information you used to apply for NIMAA and to manage your NIMAA Student Information System account.


  1. Then click the Log In button. 
  2. From the top, right side of the page, select the down carat next to your progress. This will display all forms available to you.
  3. Click on the form corresponding with the current NIMAA term (e.g. Term 1-Externship Attendance). The attendance form displays.

NIMAA requires 240 externship hours for graduation with externship attendance across all four terms. We recommend a minimum of 60 hours per term.
  1. Find the fields that correspond with the current program week. Then:.
    1. In the Hours and Minutes field, select from the drop-downs your total externship hours for the week: 
      1. Round DOWN minutes less than 7 (e.g. 2 hours and 18 minutes should be reported as 2 hours and 15 minutes).
      2. Round UP minutes greater than 7 (e.g. 2 hours and 25 minutes should be reported as 2 hours and 30 minutes).
    2. In the Remarks field, enter anything you want your preceptor or instructor to know regarding your attendance. For example, if you missed externship due to an illness but notified your preceptor accordingly.

    1. When done, click the GO TO NEXT STEP button at the bottom of the page to save your information.

At the end of each week, your preceptor will be sent your hours for confirmation, and at the end of the term, the preceptor will sign off on your externship attendance. Changes to this form will not be allowed after the end of the term so make sure that your hours are up-to-date by term end.
