Managing To-Dos in Populi

Managing To-Dos in Populi

To-Dos are tasks that you can assign to yourself or that were assigned to you by others.
  1. The To-Dos panel on your Dashboard page shows you all overdue To-Dos, or the five most pressing To-Dos in the following order: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, and Later.
  2. If you have more To-Dos on your list, you'll see a # more >> link that takes you to the main To-Dos view.
  3. The To-Dos tab accessed from the Home view shows you all active, complete, and assigned To-Dos.
To-Dos are organized by their due date.
  1. First, you will see all Overdue To-Dos, meaning any To-Dos in your list that had a past due date and that you have not checked off as complete.
  2. Then, you will see the To-Dos organized by each of their upcoming due dates.
NIMAA uses To-Dos, for example, to provide you with a checklist of all assignments due each week. Below is a video showing how to work with your To-Dos.
Info
To-Dos are NOT automatically checked off when you complete an assignment. You must manually check them yourself. But after doing so, the To-Do will be moved to your completed To-Do list, and only your outstanding, unchecked To-Dos will remain in the Active list.
