Making an online payment in Populi

Making an Online Payment for Yourself

To view the status of your financial account in Populi:
  1. Click on the My Profile tab.
  2. Then click on the Financial sub-tab. 

  3. On the top right, click the Make a Payment button, if you are paying for yourself. A page will display enabling you to make an online payment.
  4. From here, you can also click Detailed Charges to see a detailed view of your account breakdown (which can also be seen on the Dashboard page).
  5. Complete the fields as required, and submit your payment. You should then receive a receipt from the system, and your financial dashboard will be updated accordingly.
When making an online payment, note that a 2.9% fee will be charged for credit card payments. ACH payments do not incur a fee.

Enabling a 3rd Party to Make a Payment On Your Behalf

If someone else will be paying all or part of your NIMAA:
  1. From the Financial tab, click the Someone else paying? link under the Make a Payment button.
  2. Then, click the Click here in the sentence that displays to copy the link to provide to the 3rd party payor.
  3. Send the 3rd party payor(s) the link you just copied. Any payments made by this party(s) will then be allocated to your account.

Viewing Payment History

In the Financial tab, click the History tab to view all invoices and payments on your account.
