Want to limit NIMAA from sharing your "directory information"?

In accordance with the FERPA Act, NIMAA has designated the following categories of information about you as public (directory information). This information will be released to any inquirer unless you request that all or part of this list be withheld. Directory Information includes:
  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Telephone number
  4. Email address
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Dates of attendance including current enrollment
  7. GPA, Certification and Awards received
NIMAA receives inquiries for "directory information" from a variety of sources including prospective employers, other schools schools, honor societies, licensing agencies, government agencies and news media, friends, parents, relatives. Carefully consider the consequences of removing items from the list. Should you ask the NIMAA not to release any or all of this information, any requests for such information from non-university persons or organizations will be refused. For example, a prospective employer requesting confirmation of your graduation from NIMAA, address or date of birth would also be denied access to such information.


If you wish to limit the information NIMAA shares with such parties, please complete the Directory Information form, which can be accessed as instructed below.
Please note that you do not need to complete this form UNLESS you wish to restrict information shared.
  1. Click here to directly access the Directory Information form, or follow the following instructions below to access it:
    1. Log in to Populi.
    2. Click on Home > Forms.
    3. Click on Fill Out This Form below the Directory Information form. 

      The form displays.
    4. Complete the form with the specific information you wish to limit, and then submit it. NIMAA will the process your request accordingly.
