The Immunizations for New Vaccinators course appears to be 100% complete in my dashboard, but I can't access my certificate. Why?
If your dashboard is showing 100% progress in the course, but the certificate is not available for download, one of the following two scenarios likely exists:
- You have not met the participation requirement in the course forum (minimum of 10 posts), or
- You have not completed the simulations, or you have not met the passing score for them (85% or higher)
The easiest way to see this is to log into the course and look for green checkmarks next to the forum and simulation activities. The examples below show that these items were not completed successfully:
