I previously applied for NIMAA but want to re-apply for the upcoming cohort. What do I need to do?

If you previously applied to NIMAA and wish to re-apply for a different cohort, below are the steps you must complete to be considered for the upcoming cohort:
  1. Log in to Regpack with your previous login information at https://www.regpack.com/reg/nimaa. If you have forgotten your password, click here to learn how to reset it.
  2. Once you have logged in, click on the list of forms at the top (the down carat  next to the percentage).
  1. Select the Application Information form from the list of forms that displays.
  2. In the Application Information form, click the checkbox for the additional cohort in which you wish to apply (e.g. Fall 2022). You can have more than one cohort selected here. See below, as an example:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Go to Next Step to save the form.
  2. After doing so, click again on the forms list down cart button, as there will be a few forms that are now incomplete, requiring you to add additional information. Specifically, the Program Information form has new fields that you did not complete in a prior cohort.
  3. Once you complete all remaining application forms, the application fee for that cohort will be added to your cart.
  4. Go to the Make a Payment form, and follow the directions there to pay the cohort application fee.
  5. After doing so, you should receive an email confirming that NIMAA received your application for the new cohort. If you do not receive an email, first check your Spam or Junk Mail folders. And if no email is there, email NIMAA at admissions@nimaa.edu to ask our admissions team to check on the status of your application.
