I interviewed a candidate sent to me by NIMAA. Where do I document the interview, and how do I notify NIMAA it is complete?
You will receive an automated email from NIMAA's Student Information System, Regpack, about each candidate we have identified during the admissions process who could potentially be assigned to your organization for externship. Please reach out to this candidate as soon as possible to set up an interview time.
To document the interview:
- Please log in to your Regpack account at https://www.regpack.com/reg/admin/login.
- From there, you will see the list of candidates assigned to your organization for interviews.
- Click on the name of the candidate you are interviewing. The candidate's info will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Click the Forms tab on the right side of the screen. The list of forms assigned to that candidate will display.
- Click the Externship Interview form appropriate to the cohort for which you are interviewing. The Externship Interview form will display. This form includes all the questions NIMAA recommends you ask during the interview, as well as fields for you to document the candidate's answers and your recommendation.
- Complete all required fields in this form, and then click Save Form in the top left. Required fields are indicated with a red circle.
- Once you have completed these fields, NIMAA will be automatically notified that you have interviewed the candidate and move the candidate to the next phase in the admissions process.
