I completed the simulation, but I have a red X next to it or nothing at all. Why is it not showing as complete?
The Immunizations for New Immunizers course contains two simulations that you must complete. The simulations can be found in Sessions 6 and 8. In order for the simulations to be marked complete, you must achieve the passing score (85%) AND have done all of the following components of the simulation:
- Simulations
- Learn Mode
- Practice Mode
- Test Mode
- Quizzes
If you have not completed all components of the simulation, you will have no checkmark next to it on the course page.
If you completed all components of the simulation but did not get a passing score, you will have a red x next to it on the course page.
It is a common error for a learner to do the tests but not the simulations in test mode. If this is the case, you must click the Simulations icon on the top right of the Simtics page to do the simulation.
It is highly recommended that you re-review the SimTics tutorial to understand how to complete all required components of simulations.
