How do I see my total externship hours?

Viewing Weekly Externship Hours Reported 

To see how many externship hours have been reported by your preceptor/program coordinator:
  1. Log in to Populi.
  2. Go to Home > My Profile > Student.
  3. On the right side of the page in the Student Information panel, you will see all hours reported weekly for you.


  4. If the reported hours seem incorrect, please first contact your preceptor/program coordinator, who can then update NIMAA with any corrected hours, if needed.
Notes
Note: Please note that hours are reported by preceptors on Mondays and sometimes result in questions by NIMAA'. As such, there could be a delay in your hours from the previous week displaying.
