How do I request an official transcript?
A final, official hard copy transcript will be sent to students within 14 business days following the date of graduation. You do not need to submit a request or pay a fee for this transcript. However, should you wish to request a subsequent transcript or additional copy, please follow the instructions below.
Students Enrolled in the Spring 2023 Cohort and Earlier
- Click here to access the transcript request form. The Transcript Request form displays.
- Complete all fields in the form, including credit card information to pay the $5 fee.
- Then click Submit. NIMAA will be notified of your request and send an official transcript within 14 business days.
Students Enrolled in the Fall 2023-24 Cohort and Later
- Log in to Populi.
- Go to the Student tab in Your Profile view.
- Click on the Transcript Actions button and select Official Transcript Request from the drop-down.
The Official Transcript Request form displays. - Complete all fields in the form, including credit card information to pay the $5 fee.
- Then click Submit.
NIMAA will be notified of your request and send an official transcript within 14 business days.
