How do I request an official transcript?

Students Enrolled in the Spring 2023 Cohort and Earlier

  1. Click here to access the transcript request form. The Transcript Request form displays.


  2. Complete all fields in the form, including credit card information to pay the $5 fee.
  3. Then click Submit. NIMAA will be notified of your request and send an official transcript within 14 business days.

Students Enrolled in the Fall 2023-24 Cohort and Later

  1. Log in to Populi.
  2. Go to the Student tab in Your Profile view.


  3. Click on the Transcript Actions button and select Official Transcript Request from the drop-down.

    The Official Transcript Request form displays.

  4. Complete all fields in the form, including credit card information to pay the $5 fee.
  5. Then click Submit. 
NIMAA will be notified of your request and send an official transcript within 14 business days.
