Accessing the NIMAA Student Information System (Populi)

NIMAA uses the Populi platform for its Student Information System. When you were offered admissions or a place on the waitlist, you should have received an email from NIMAA regarding setting up a password for your account in the system. If you did not, contact us at it@nimaa.edu. From that point forward, you will log into the system using the username in that email and the password you set up. The URL to access the system is https://nimaa.populiweb.com. We strongly recommend bookmarking it on all devices you will use to access your NIMAA account and studies.
Only accepted students, waitlisted applicants, alumni and externship organization staff have access to the system; NOT applicants.

If at any time, you forget your login credentials:
  1. Go to https://nimaa.populiweb.com.

  2. Click on Forgot your username or password? The system will send you an email enabling you to retrieve (username) or reset (password) your information.
  3. If for some reason that does not work, email us at it@nimaa.edu, and we can help.
