Accessing the Intro to NIMAA course in Populi
To access the Intro to NIMAA course in Populi:
- Log in to the system.
- You can access the course from a few locations in Populi:
- When you log in to Populi, you will be taken to your Populi Home page. In the right column, you will see your current courses listed. You can also click any course-related Alerts (in the left column) to go to that course's Dashboard.
- Click My Profile from the Home view, and then click the Student tab. Your courses will be listed in the right column. You can also find links to your courses by looking at your transcript or degree audit.
- You can also find all of your courses in the My Courses tab. This page also shows additional information regarding each course, such as the course open/close dates, faculty, your grade, and any alerts related to the course.
- Click on the course name from any of the above pages. The course dashboard will display.
- Click Lessons in the left nav (menu on left side of page). The lessons for the course are listed.
You are required to take the lessons in order, starting with the Welcome to NIMAA lesson. Each subsequent lesson will be available after the prior lesson is complete, except for the Intro to Clinic lesson, which will be available only on the first day of the program. - Click on a lesson to get started. The lesson instructions should walk you through all subsequent steps.
