A candidate I interviewed is no longer appearing in my list of users in Regpack. Why?
In the Student Information System project, only candidates who are in the Externship Interview phase of admissions will appear in your list. Once you have completed your interview of a candidate and documented it in Regpack, NIMAA moves the candidate \into Final Review status so that the candidate can be reviewed during the next Admissions Committee meeting. At this phase, the candidate is no longer visible to program coordinators, as should the candidate be offered admissions, NIMAA starts collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from the candidate.
If the candidate is accepted into the program and becomes a student, you will next see the candidate in the Attendance database, after the start of the cohort.
